Welcome! Reaching out or learning more about therapy is often a meaningful step toward understanding what support might be helpful for you. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety that interferes with sleep, feeling weighed down by past experiences, or navigating emotional challenges that feel difficult to name, you don’t have to approach this work on your own.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when stress, isolation, or unresolved experiences begin to accumulate. Many people find themselves carrying more than they expected, unsure of how to move forward or where to begin.

With appropriate support, many individuals experience relief and meaningful progress over time. Anxiety, depression, and the effects of past

trauma can be challenging to navigate, but therapy offers a structured, supportive space to explore these experiences and develop healthier ways of coping.

Our Services Include
Traditional Talk-Therapy and Optional Hypnosis

Whether you’re looking for traditional therapy, hypnosis, or a combination of both, we’re here to support therapeutic work aimed at sustainable change over time.

  • Traditional Talk Therapy: Evidence-informed approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy are used to support emotional regulation, coping skills, and insight development.

  • Hypnosis is never required: It is simply an additional tool that may be used if it is clinically appropriate and aligned with your preferences.

  • Optional Hypnotherapy: When used, hypnosis functions as an adjunctive experiential tool to support therapeutic work, not as a standalone or required intervention.

Final Thoughts

I’ve dedicated my work to helping individuals make sense of longstanding emotional patterns and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Whether you are navigating anxiety, recovering from difficult life experiences, or working through relational challenges, therapy can offer a structured and supportive environment for exploration and change.

My approach emphasizes understanding, collaboration, and respect for each person’s pace and readiness. This work is not about quick fixes or promises, but about engaging thoughtfully in a process that supports insight, regulation, and skill development over time.

Together, we’ll focus on understanding what may be contributing to your current difficulties and identifying practical, evidence-informed ways to move forward. Support is available, and you don’t have to approach this work alone.
